Software randomly closes..

I dunno why but on some of the software on here it closes when i open it.
It happens on 2 so far.
What's causing it?

Reckon you could give us a heads-up by telling us which software(s) are doing it ?

Any error messages ?

Does it happen every single time you try to run these programs, or has it just started to happen ?

Have you rebooted since it started happening ?

Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling both programs ?

Does windows give you the "xxx encountered an error and needed to close ...." errors ?

It happens everytime i run the programs.

Yep rebooted, still same prob.

I will try reinstalling..cheers.

Have you scanned for virii and spyware ?
Have you checked the application event log for odd messages ?

Done the viral and spyware checks, cleared em all still same issues.
Running Ad-Aware and Avast.

Damage may have already been done. How did the reinstall go ?

If you find viruii or spyware after odd things begin to happen them removing them, while a good thing to do, may not repair the problem and your programs may still fail to work until you reinstall them.
