    Hey guys,Im having trouble backing up a dvd using dvd shrink ,so i tried using DVD FAB Decrypter and it usually works but this time im getting a message that says GET DVD INFORMATION FAIL 4096
    Does anybody have a clue to what that means

    I've never used dvd fab, but it sounds like it cannot read the disc. What error was dvd shrink giving you?

    I've only had dvd shrink not work a few times, and each time it was because the disc was bad.
