    I have done a movie in Primere Pro and i have exported the movie in two formats, Avi och Mpg. How shall I do to burn out the movie in the best quality? Are there any freeprograms that are good?

    Burn the movie to what?? Don't know what it is you want to do with your edited movie. Do you want to create a DVD by any chance?.
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

    "Best quality" -- Export to Adobe MPeg Encoder
    Custom settings 9500Kbps CBR MPeg2 224Kbps audio

    Then use an external DVD authoring program.

    Keep in mind that that high a setting may give you a stuttering playback on some machines.
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
