    Hi Guys

I’m trying to choose a DVB-T card for watching and recording TV. My question is:

Since DVB recording consists of copying the transport stream (with no processing), am I right in concluding that EVERY DVB-T card (used with the right software) will record files of the same quality?

If yes, what should be the major considerations in my selection (I intend to use Windows Media Centre, so included software isn't that important)

So all cards which support Media Centre will do the job equally well?

i dont know which 'media centre' youre talking about,
but DVB-T or DVB-S card don't do any 'capture', and with the right software they just dump pure mpeg transport steams to your hard disk, thus there can't be any quality difference between various DVB cards dumping exactly same broadcaster's signals (like there would sometimes be a significant difference between various capture cards when capturing exactly same source).

The difference between cards is how the card receives the stream, ie some are more prone to low signal quality errors. Also, more expensive cards will have analogue inputs.
