DVD Maestro and the Chapter Point Pause

I've been working on a dvd for a friend and have run into an annoyance. I have one file on the Maestro timeline with numerous chapter points set. I want people to have the ability to skip songs, this is a live recording of a band, and still be able to watch it straight through if they want to. The problem I am running into is the annoying "pause" between the chapter points.

Can someone tell me if there is a way around this "pause"?. I've searched for my error was unable to find the correct wording to get the information.

So you are saying you have one long title that has several chapter points. And each time it reaches a chapter point, there's a noticeable pause?

Did you add any cell commands at the chapter points? Those can cause a little pause during playback...

I did not add any commands that I know about. This is one long title with 8 chapter points set. All I did was add a chapter point and rename the chapter point. I looked in the edit marker window and the only thing that has a check mark in it is "Marker Type".
