  1. Hey, I recorded a video with WinDVD creator and i need some help with the video. How do i make it go in slow motion?? is their a program i can use??

    If your footage was shot at a standard 29.976fps then I daresay your result is going to look jerky. Normally clips that will end up slo-mo should be recorded at a multiple (say, 2X or 4X) the frame rate so that when you slow the video down, it remains smooth. If you've got an AVI then virtualdub (or most other editing packages for that matter) can help you out. I can't remember exactly which setting can do this, but I think it's one of the following two in Video > Frame Rate:



    You may alternatively like to look at using AVISynth, and the method described here.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  3. if you have the program (or the money) sony vegas can do this quite smoothly....just right click on the video-->insert/remove envelope--> velocity and just move the green bar on the video up or down to speed up or slow down the video
