I am using DVDx v1.6 frame serving TMPEnc.
My question is how to create mpeg2 video that will have the correct aspect ration, like the original move.
I want this result to be correct displayed on my 4:3 PC monitor (with the letter box of course) and to my 16:9 television, using the SVCD format.
Is this possible?
I manage to create this, by creating VCD(mpeg1) but I had no success on mpeg2.
Can anyone give me some hints on this matter?

tmpgenc has a place where u r suppose to enter source aspect ratio. it should either be 16:9 or 4:3. dvd2avi tells you this. also, choose fit to frame (preserve aspect ratio).

Yes, load your desired template, then click on settings, click on the advance tab and choose: 16:9 425line NTSC (or 16:9 525line PAL), and for video arrage choose "full screen keep aspect ratio"
