DVD playing is bizzard

I just burn a DVD using all the VIDEO_TS files
when i put the dvd in my home dvd player it play but i can see only part of the image about one third of the full image.
It look the same way as if the zoom option had zoom in for 66% but it's not.
Can anyone have an idea what the problem is and how can i fix it ?

Does it do it when played back on your PC ?

If so, can you put up a screenshot to show what you mean ?

No this is weird because it play properly on my computer

What happen on the tv screen is the exact same thing that would appears if I would play a regular dvd and i would zoom to 166%

so i can view only a part of the image and the sound.

If I would play a PAL format DVD on a NTSC DVD Player
What would happen ?

Is it possible that it could be display as if it was on a zoom in position ?
