Add extra subs to a dvd.

I have DVD City of God, but it has no Eng subs. I would like to add Eng Subs and set them as the defualt subs how do i go about?

Reauthor your dvd with a program like DVD-lab
or, TMPGEnc DVD Author.

but where would i like get the subtitles and how would i go about adding them, i think my dads work may have dvd author ill see if i can go their n use it..
