  4. Selectable subtitles are for now fixed to 30 pixels off the bottom margin. Changing this value could be added in further versions.

  6. Use "DVD mpeg2enc" target format with "Burn" and "Decode with mplayer" options enabled. The vertical position of the subtitles can be defined with "Pos".

  8. When the process is finished, the mpv and mpa files will also have been muxed into mpg and then authored into VIDEO_TS. When using "Decode with mplayer" with NTSC FILM video, audio sync problems may arise. In that case, there is a last "hard" way to proceed, that is, to first encode to "DivX mencoder" -with- subtitles, then encode the resulting AVI to "DVD ffmpeg", or to "DVD mpeg2enc" (with "Decode with Quicktime"): the source already containing burned subtitles, they will also be in the final DVD.

  10. You should set the target filesize in the video tab and click "Rate" prior to encoding, so as to calculate the correct bitrate allowing to reach the requested filesize.
