i have just bought my first standalone dvd recorder. i have a stack of video tapes i will be converting to dvd. a lot of them are episodic tapes. my question is that is i record them to dvd+r/rw then rip them to the pc and reauthor as much as i can to a disc with menu's ect and burn to dvd+/-r will the ripping/burning back to dvd+/-r be any different to a normal dvd? as i have backed up a lot of MY OWN OWNED dvd's so i know what is involved in that.
