Good: HDTV Support
Bad: over-the-air ATSC tuner cards
meaning not HDTV from DirectTV or Dish Network. I'm seriously starting to think that HDTVs implimentation is to screwed up for me to want in. Screw all these different standards and incompatable hardware. -
Actually, yes, I quite agree with that.
Given the manner in which our various technologies have developed in the past 5 years, there should have been no reason that HDTV support cannot embody OTA and cable/sat interfaces simultaneously.
One basic card to provide these hookups would mean that any one in the USA (and likely elsewhere) could enjoy the forthcoming standard of video entertainment.
So why is it so doggone difficult to make, hhhmmm?Whatever doesn't kill me, merely ticks me off. (Never again a Sony consumer.)
