Hi. I've been using my JVC XV-S500 to play pretty much everything for years and rarely have a problem. I have been burning DVD-Rs mainly with a stand alone Panasonic burner but recently purchased a Dell computer with Recordnow!plus Version 7.3 thinking I could speed things up a bit. (The Panasonic only records in real time.) I've tried burning several discs using printable Fuji DVD-R blanks and they seem to burn okay but then will not read on my JVC player. I have used the same blanks on my Panasonic burner and those play fine. The strange thing is that the discs I burned using Recordnow will play on my cheap Cyberhome player and on the Panasonic burners as well! But as I am also burning things for other people I don't know if I should take the chance of sending out discs that might not be readable. Any information you guys might have is greatly appreciated!
