changing "play all" button

I want to put a "play all" button, because i have made a compilation of some tv chapters (friends).
I click the left button and a "play all" button apears. When i right-click over it to change to image button, an error message apears:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" (well, in spanish, because i'm from barcelona) and the "play all" button changes to a white rectangle with red border and a red circle with a white cross inside.
If it is imposible to change to image, can i change the text ( play all ---> reproducir todos) ?
