    Are there any authoring requirements for DVDs that are to be pressed for mass replication?

    You would have to speak with your duplicator regarding their specific requirements. Some duplicators won't take masters on DVD-R/+R, but only on DLT tapes. Dual layer disks often have to have seperate images for each layer. Your duplicator can give you all the details.
