avi or mpeg to dvd

I am new to this and would appreciate any help I could get. I have some avi and mpeg files that I would like to burn to either dvd or cd and play them on my home dvd player please advise process and programs to use thanks in advance.

Please do a little basic research before posting

http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/AVI2DVD.htm should be able to help you out if you're interested in the manual way, or any of the other guides in the Guides section (Click on ALL GUIDES to your left). Choose a guide, try it, and post back if you have any worries.

Also, check out the Tools section (also to your left). There is a section there for All-in-one DVD Converters, of which DivXtoDVD would be my recommendation out of the one-click tools.
