  1. I've been using CBR for a while now to encode my SVCD's and stuff for DVD (need that pioneer a03!!!) anyway, so I use 12A normally, now, it keeps the bitrate pretty close to what I set it at, doesn't deviate far from what its set to according to Bitrate Viewer. So I try 12H yesterday, and notice, holy cow, on CBR the bitrate is all over the place, like I was using VBR. Not only did it deviate from the 9meg I set it to, but jumped well over 10megs.....
Uhh... HELLO! CBR is NOT supposed to do this!
Has anyone else noticed this or any other weird quirks in 12h??

Funnily enough people are reporting about more and more bugs in TMPGEnc 12h than the previous versions such as 12, 12a, 12f. Suddenly TMPGEnc own site is promoting the fact that a full working version of TMPGEnc will be on sale soon.

Without accusing the TMPGEnc makers of any malpractices, but could it be that one brings out a faulty version before one that has to be purchased? One used to be able to download older versions of TMPGEnc from their own website as well - ain't possible now!
