    i have this movie (avi) en subs (srt) i put the 2 files in the same folder and then i use bs player ,i see the subs on my screen but now when i load my avi in winavi and start to convert ,i don't see no more subs .what did i do wrong or forgot.

    Try DIKO it can add switchabe subs(if your dvd supports it) and has a very good encoder. Oh, and it free!
