    Does anyone know if/when Pioneer will be releasing a Lightscribe-enabled drive?

    I love the technology but refuse to buy a HP drive after having many problems with HP products in the past. On the other hand, I've had a few Pioneer's and no major problems.

    I've never heard of Pioneer getting into the lightscribe optical drive market.
    If you want a lightscribe drive just get the BENQ 1625 from newegg.com. Fyi the HP Lightscribe drives are REBADGED BENQS for the most part but could be LG or LITEON as well from what I've read at other forums. The BENQ 1625 is $65.99 at newegg.com
