hello,
i have some ogm video files, that have dual audio and subtitles. whichever audio i use, its out of sync with the video, the sound being about 2 or 3 seconds early. The program I use is Media Player Classic (latest version with real alternative). these are the video details:
Video: XVID 640x480 23.98fps
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 192Kbps
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 192Kbps
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 192Kbps

I dont know much about video, and i just wanna watch it with the audio in sync. I have older versions of Vegas Video and Premier, which i could use to move the audio tracks if only they were compatible with the files.
ideally i would like to watch the videos in english without subtitles.
thank you, knowledgable ones.

I use zoomplayer for ogm files you can choose which audio and subtitle streams it plays but it may be that the files are out of sync due to a bad conversion from dvd and so the problem is with the source files and not the player. If this is the case You could use virtualdubmod to re sync the audio and video.
