DVD+RW Cannot Erase

I have a DVD+RW that I've tried to erase with several different burning apps (IMGTool Burn, Record Now, and CDBurnerXP Pro) and all of them give me an error when trying to erase. I don't understand this, the disk hasn't been scratched or anything like that. Is there any way to recover this disk so I can use it again?

If the disc is not scratched and you've used several applications to erase the disc, then I can only assume the problem lies with your dvd burner. Try to erase the disc in another PC, a friends for example.

I can try that, but it seems like my drive is okay, I'm burning a DVD+R now...

Try the DC Erase in DVDInfo Pro.

If you have Nero use the disc tool to erase , if you have changed the book type it may not be recognized as RW, also try to format it first.
