  1. I tried to follow the ripping guide to rip this dvd. I tried almost every ripper but they seem to all not see all the same files. Anyone rip this one yet and if so tell me what you did.

  2. Yo crazy,

    For Tomb Raider, I just used SmartRipper and encoded to VCD with TMPGEnc. If I remember right, I launched SmartRipper and selected the default chapter and vobs except that I went into the Advanced options and just selected the Video and the 0x80 Audio Stream. Hope this helps!

    I could not get smart ripper to load into WinXP. I will have to try that other ripper?? that you have to manually do each file.

  5. Damn Tomb Raider and Sherk were the fastest and easyest rip i had in a long time..if you want a manuel ripper try Sector Extractor ...if you want ill send it over by Email

  7. i believe either dvddecryptor or cladDVD works in winxp...should work...

  8. Download Force ASPI V1.7 and run then Smartripper works alot better.

    I'm using Windows XP and Smartripper V2.4,DVD2AVI V1.82, TMPGEnc V2.02, Flask .6, Flask Xis, Xmpeg 4.2a, Myfix and VDub 1.47 all work fine ?

  10. Email me and i'll send you the official Adaptec ASPI Layer, it will fix your copying problems, XP's compatibility sucks! and i'll never know why you people install it, but, that's a debate for another topic

  12. If you want a simple way....I just used dvd2svcd. Hit go and went to bed. Woke up and burned two disks voila done.

  14. I think it can do everything except burn, atleast not automatic burning that is.

  15. The burning part is not included with that... i have but i dont use it as much i only use when im layzee becuase i knowim doing things correctly i never trust a program that those everything i one go

    DVD2SVCD does all from rip to author. burn you have to do yourself. its a great tool with enought choises. it also does subtitles if you want (permanent or removable) and multi audio tracks.

    at Doom9 forum you findout what u need to know.
