    Is it possible to convert a ts rip or low quality rip to DVD quality rip. if so, how???

    What do you mean by ts rip or low quality rip or dvd quality rip? Any examples(no downloaded warez clips though)?

    You can use most encoders to reconvert your video to whatever format and settings you like, like all-in-one converters like handbrake, format factory, ripbot264, etc. But if your source is crappy you can't use any magic to make it superb.

    And I'm moving you to our conversion section as this is not dvd ripping or "dvd to" conversion.

    by ts i mean camera quality. if i download a movie torrent that is off a camera is it possible to convert that to high quality
