Hi,
I want to create SVCDs and just started to play around with LSX Encoder 3.0. Is it correct that it is not able to resize frames to any needed resolution (like 480x480 for NTSC)? Or am I just too stupid to do it?
If it is unable, how do I have to modify my DivX-AVI (with VirtualDub, I guess?!) to have a "working" AVI with a 480x480 resolution? Example: I have an DivX from DVD-Rip in 640x272, and need a 480x480. I can do that with the resize filter. But what are the settings? I think I have to "letterbox" the image to 480x480, but what is the new width and height neede? 480x204 (which has the same aspect ratio), or can I resize it to any other resolution? When I look at TMPEGs preview while encoding, I think it uses 480x270 (which is 16:9 btw).
Please help me
