DVDFAB 2.90 Backup Wont play in my Player??

I recently downloaded DVDFAB 2.90, so that I could backup some of my bigger DVD's to 2 discs, instead of compressing them. I've never had any playback problems using the Decrypter & Shrink programs(before or after using FAB), but the ones I've created w/ DVDFAB will only play on my computer not any of my standalones (Samsung, Pioneer, Sony).
Anyone else have this problem?? or does anyone have any ideas what might be the issue? If not, maybe a suggestion of a different software I can use to split to 2 discs?

are you burning with dvdfab ?

Yes, after ripping the complete dvd to my harddrive, I was then using Fab to pull in the file and split and burn it to the 2 discs. in the output manager I was using the straight to DVD Writer via all the various options (vso, nero, mdgc?) and none of them worked.

Should I try just creating the disc1 & 2 images to my hard drive and then burning with decrypter?

I have been using the freeware version of DVDFAB to rip to my hard drive and then using shrink to fit it to a DVD-R with a Nero burn. I have had no problems doing it this way.
