Problems after reinstalling

I had the ffmpegx, latest version working very nicely in my system.
Then I had a problem with my disk so i had to reformat it and reinstall everything. Maybe I did not do everything exactly as it should be with ffmpegx and now I get the following error message everytime I try to encode:

Unable to open file /Volumes/mydisk/incoming/done/mymovie.avi.ff.m2v for reading.

I've tried to erase and reinstall all ffmpegx files but I get the same error.

Why?
