    This maybe an easy question to a computer wiz, but I am not.

    I have had nero 7 on my computer for a while with no problems, then all of a sudden I couldnt open the program. At about the same time I had problems using any other programs to copy onto DVD ( But CD was fine). I have tried the uninstall, repair & install options but everytime it fails very early with the comment " Shellmanager database is corrupt or missing ". Is there anything I can do to correct this and get nero working again.

    I think there is a Nero Cleaner tool out there somewhere. Google it.
