    I want to have a video as a background in TDA but use another mp3 file as the audio. Is this possible? I cannot seem to find a way.

    Try besweet gui.

    It converts most any audio types.

    Convert it to wav, then just join the video with the audio in TMPGEnc for the final background and add to TDA.

    Use TMPGEnc to demux the original audio & video then just put the audio you want to use back with the video. couple of easy steps and your done.
