TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 no longer read .TS files?

I have several transport stream files from Beyond TV.

I was trying to author a new DVD of episodes and imported them into TMPGEnc without any problems. I didn't complete the full project and since I didn't get any farther than reading in the .TS files, I just exited the program without saving the project.

Once I knew all my files were ready again, I restarted TMPGEnc and added the files again (no changes were made to the files whatsoever), but now the program gives me the error "Could not read the video, only the audio can be read" (or some sort). This happens with any of the files.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Have you been able to create any dvd from ts using tda before?

I use projectx to split ts to audio and video files and import in my video tools. And for some ts I use videoredo and output a mpg.

I tried the MPG output of VideoRedo too, and got the same error.

I never got to the actual making of the DVD, only adding in the videos.

The first 2 or 3 times through, tda never complained when I added the videos. Then when I was actually ready to do a project, when I went to add the videos it suddenly started giving the error.

You can demux audio/video in DGIndex and use both for authoring. This needs delay correction though (delaycut utility for audio will help).
