  1. I'm attempting to make a mix DVD of various WWE matches. I'm using DVD Shrink to extract the matches I need, then I've tried various programs to encode the .vob/.ifo into VCD streams.

I've tried WinAVI, technically for me, WinAVI works the best as in the fact that the aspect ratio is the same as the source DVD. However, when encoding with WinAVI the sound comes out really low.

Next I've used A1 DVD ripper. Sound comes out great with these, however whenever the finished video is a more widescreen type aspect ratio, making the height of the picture smaller, rather then a full screen which it should be as these are basically TV shows.

I've tried DVD2SVCD with CCE/TMPG and got even worse results when compared to A1.

If anyone...anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

  2. you've got the vob's..

use dvd2 avi, open the vob's,& save the project... open up tmpeg & open the dcvd2avi project file& enc as normal!!!

you can use dvd2avi to demux the ac3 to a prologic wav file (vcd no support DD )
