  1. When I burn my SVCD the sound, picture, and subs are all messed up.
    Here's the info on my rmvb, plz what frame rate should I use to convert it to SVCD.

  2. 1. Where do you live? You should use the frame rate used in your country (but I always use NTSC if the source is NTSC 'cause I have multi-standard TV and player).
    Maybe you have used a format that it's not supported (NTSC 480x480@29,97fps, PAL 480x576@25fps). I really don't know about NTSC film (23,97, that it's the frame rate of your source file) 'cause it doesn't exist in the MPEG specs.

  3. rmvb can have a variable frame rate. The only program I know that handles this correctly is EO Video. Unfortunately It's dog slow and it messes up the black level.
