Are you trying to burn the bin to cd as data or are you trying to burn the bin image?

Well, in nero express choose the "Disk Image..." option & load up the cue file.
A 800MB BIN image of a SVCD (for example) will actually fit on a 700MB CDR due to the burning mode.SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

Yes, starting up a video encoder/dvd/svcd/vcdautorer/audio editor/coffee grinder(oops - I almost forgot: /CD Burner
) is a vast overkill just to burn a CD image...
