    Ok, I have a problem. I have no idea how to convert two .bin files and put it on DVD.

    What a .bin file contains, nobody knows. Mount with Daemon tools to see what's inside.
    If it seems to be DVD Video (there's a VIDEO_TS folder with .ifo, .bup and .vob files inside, and an empty AUDIO_TS folder), burn to DVD with DVDDecrypter, pray that the one who made the DVD knew what he/she was doing, and try to play it.
