cut 2 dvds together

I have 2 dvds (1 movie divided up on 2 discs) here, i want to cut them together, the fist part has an ending screen at its end and the second part has about 20 seconds blackscreen at the beginning. I would like to have the endscreen and the 20 sec blackscreen away, when i cut them together, what can i do?

dvdshrink, use the reauthor to both cut and join. you will lose menus.

Thx dude, i know, i have tried this, but then i have these unwanted videoparts in the middle of the reauthored movie. How can i cut this away?

Ah, i have looked once more to dvdshrink, ther is a start/end frame option, cool. I didn't know that, i hope i will get it to work now.
