I have an MPEG which I intend to burn to a VCD.
Trouble is, I don't know it's framerate. Maybe it's 29.97 and I need to convert it to 25 fps for my PAL kit.
I can do this using tmpenc... no problem.. but I don't want to do this if I don't have to.
So.. how do I determine the framerate of the MPeG?
