To those that have upgraded to Windows XP, what is your experience as far as ripping/converting program compatability goes? Does everything seem to work, or have there been problems? Specifically I'm curious about SmartRipper, DVD2AVI, and TMPGEnc. I'll be upgrading from Win98 to WinXP shortly.
Thanks!

All three of the programs you mention work fine. I've seen an ever-so-slight performance gain in TMPGEnc since switching to XP.

I have about 15 different video apps that I use, including the three you mention, all have worked flawlessly under windows XP.
