Is a variable bit rate safe to use in VideoStudio 9? Or is a constant bit rate important to ensure quality? Right now, I have it set to Variable bit rate and the Bit Rate Value set to 8000 and there is a range of 1775 - 9500. Do you guys have any experiences with this? Thanks!
