i have and xvid file and the resolution is 512x288. i want to convert it to dvd. what are the best settings in TMPGEnc to do this while not clipping the frame. the video is also in PAL format and i want NTSC. thanks.

Make it easy on yourself and install VSO DivxToDVD. It'll do it all for you.
