Hi,
I'm thinking of getting the Creative Labs Audigy 2 zx Video Editor to capture video
as at the moment im using an old SBlive sound card and have a bt878 chipset capture card to capture video but want to upgrade my sound card to a Audigy 2 zx card
and stumbled on the Video Editor which sounds really good I'm wondering if the video quality captured with the video Editor will be better than my bt878 chipset card i capture my footage using the huffy codec then edit and encode to mpeg2.
also can the video Editor capture to 720x576 pal to uncompressed avi or does it have to be compressed to mpeg2?
can you also use other software such as adobe premiere and Virtualdub etc...?
It sounds good cause i can do away with my sblive and capture card with this one usb device and i also have a home theatre system which is one of the reason on upgrading the sound side of things.
any good points and bad points about the video editor is muchly appreciated.
Also could you point me to some good hardware reviews on the video editor.
Thanks
