Two DVD burner question

Hi I just got a second dvd burner and i put it in, it is a Plextor 708A so is my first one. Now the first one works fine but the second one is blinking orange 5 times then pause then again and i cant figure out how to make it stop that. Also I was wondering how I would go about burning 2 dvds at once, or is that not possible because i thought that in Nero when u put make 2 copies it would do that but it only burned one then asked for another disc. My stepup right now is a Dell XPS Gen 2 with 2gb RAM a 37gb Raptor HD and 2 160gb hds. Two Plextor 708As both on cable select on one cable. I am using Nero 6 right now to burn but can use another program if i have to. So i guess my main question is how can i burn 2 dvds at the same time same info just 2 seperate copies at once. I think thats all the info i have to include.

I know Alcohol can burn 2 discs at once, but I don't recall seeing the option for this in Nero.

Also, my experience when burning 2 CDRs at the same time, was that it was only slightly faster than burning 2 discs back to back. Instead of burning at 48 or 52x, it only burned at 24x. And I would expect that your pc wont be able to move data fast enough to supply two dvd burners except at maybe 2x, which would totally defeat the whole purpose.
