    I did a search and only found about 3 people that said they were going to try it. Did you guys try it and did you like it?

    I do not do a lot of MPEG joining so I was looking to hear from more people.

    I have tried some older demo versions a few months and a few weeks ago but I couldn't then get them to work properly (sorry, can't remember the details) so back to MPEG Streamclip I went.

    I'd like to like the app, so I'll surely try it again one of these days. MPEG Streamclip is so robust and polished that it is hard to beat, though.

    Yep, I usually convert everything using Streamclip myself, being I will usually edit it later. That is why I was kind of wondering if anyone was using the direct trimming feature.

    I use SimpleMovieX all the time for mp4 editing. Never for MPEG-1 or 2. Go w/ Streamclip.
