Is it possible to encode a WMV file that requires a license aquisition to play so I can burn it to a DVD disc? I own the license but would like to play it other places than just the computer. Any help or suggestions would be nice. Thanks.

Yep drmdbg, drm2wmv, etc. Once you have a real wmv file you should be able to convert.
