Memorex DL dvds are terrible, Ill never buy them again, even though I see them on sale every week. Spend the extra 10 bucks on the Verbatims and it will be fine.
COPIED OVER 600 DVDS SO FAR

I agree! I only use the the Verbatim for DL burning. DL burning is too expensive to take a chance on low quality media.

I took a chance on the memorex DL media and I'm glad I did. No coasters made so far and I about halfway through my 2nd spindle of 25.

Alot of people said the memorex SL Media was bad, yet every drive I've burned with them has been flawless. Your mileage may vary, but I'd say grab this DL media at it's discounted price.

IMHO Memorex media is total CRAP! I found some 50 packs on sale about 6 months ago for 14.99. I bought 4 of them thinking what the heck. I used DVD identifier on them and each of the 4 spindles was a different manufacturer and they were all crap including one optodisc. If they could actually choose a manufacturer and stick with them I would probably try them again. For now I will stick with my TY Fuji discs.
The real answer lies in completely understanding the question!
