I Googled the search term and didn't find anything to indicate that "monkey bellydancing" has any kind of real history. I suspect this lady just made it up herself. Perhaps monkey bellydancing is for dancers with skanky-looking faces (like hip-hop is for musicians who can't sing, hehe).
