hey guys i just bought svideo for my dvd player and for ps2,i have noticed that ps2 games look a little brighter and better then composite but i was wondering if there would be a bit of an improvement in trying to get component cables or should i just stick with svideo?

If you have the HDTV with component inputs then yeah the picture would look slightly sharper than S-Video. I use component for my DVD player and xbox and the picture is crisp and vibrant. I used S-video on my last TV for my DVD player and xbox and it was good but not great. Now I just want to try out DVI to see how much better true digital is.Originally Posted by dukenukem
