Let me begin by saying this is a wonderful tool. I was using dvd santa until I came across this program. I love it. My question is, why does it take a lot longer for avi files than mpgs. With mpgs, the process takes about 25 mins. With avis, it takes between 3-4 hrs. I am using 2.0 rc8
Thanks, Mr Kay

Because avis have to be encoded to mpg first. Any encoder will take a fair length of time to do this.

Thanks, keep up the good work and do you think a feature to add subtitles might available in the future?
