Does it matter at what speed one burns cd's with nero 5.5.6.4 SVCD template? It gives choice of either 4x or 2x on my Liteon CDRW out of possible 16X. Is it better slower or faster. I think DVD players play 1x. Is this right? Does it change the video quality? Thanks for your input

for me I use to burn at 16x and had problems with sync and breakup on some vcd's, about 6mo ago I started limiting my burn speed to 8x and have not had a single problem, so my answer is yes.
