    if anyone out there has the time and/patience to help me it would be greatly appreciated. i just bought roxio easy cd creaton 5 platinum edition
    i downoaded a file from kazaa. now i want to make a vcd but roxio is telling me that i need an mpeg encoder. how do i get from this point to getting this clip to play on my dvd player? please give detailed instructions. if you need to email me @ charles_137@hotmail.com
