I'm not sure if this would be classified as macroblocks, but when I shot some of my scenes where the background is still, I notice some little parts in the background start squiggling like little epileptic macroblocks?
They are rather small and could live with them, but I would like to get the best transfer I can.
I transferred from my panasonic pv-gs120 to windv using these specs from this forum
