I have a JVC DR-MV5S recorder, and so far, it's been working great (although why do all decks bury the "finalize" option in some menu? That option should be RIGHT at the TOP MENU LEVEL since you have to finalize so much...)
Anyway, when I play my recorded and finalized discs on my PC with Nero Showtime, the audio drifts away from the video within 2 mintues. However, on a set-top DVD deck, its fine all the way through.
And, playing on the same PC with Windows Media Player, its fine. (But it doesn't want to start playing, I have to jump ahead one chapter, then back to play the disc from the beginning. The Real player is the same way.)
Any suggestions? Could it be my blank media choice?
